How to make your matcha

Sieve around 2 grams of matcha in the bowl.

Add 40 ml of hot water (80 degrees)

Whisk in zigzag motion "M" until microfoam appears.

It tastes decent, very umami and slightly bitter. Unfortunately i am unable to find any information on the website about where this is sourced from. Lot’s of cinematic videos of exclusive farms but not even a mention of a country or specific region. This is a must when it comes to ceremonial matcha
