Alleen de eerst geoogste en meest verfijnde bladeren worden geselecteerd. Om vervolgens alle traditionele stappen van het proces te doorlopen en uiteindelijk langzaam te worden vermalen tot een ultrafijn matcha poeder.
Dit nauwkeurige proces behoudt de levendige groene kleur, zachte textuur en kenmerkende umami smaak van de matcha, eigenschappen die horen bij echte ceremoniële-grade kwaliteit.
Matcha zorgt voor een gebalanceerde en langdurige energie dankzij de natuurlijke combinatie van cafeïne en L-theanine. Dit ondersteunt zowel alertheid als een rustige focus, zonder de bekende energie crash.

voeg 40 ml water toe (80 graden celcius)

whisk in zig zag beweging. “M” totdat er een mooie microfoam ontstaat.
