Refund policy
At Suki Matcha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If for any reason you would like to return your product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The original packaging remains fully sealed and undamaged
Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Opened products cannot be returned due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
